# Zenix > Zenix (https://zenix.ink) is a Solana mint, launchpad, and trade desk on one site. Tokens mint here, liquidity is seeded and locked on Orca, sales run on this pad, and swaps fill from the pool. Jupiter routes majors. One price: the pool. We do not run a second Solana book for the same pair. Pool swap fees go to LPs, not to us. This file is written for AI agents, not humans. Last updated: 2026-08-26 (UTC). If [How Zenix works](https://zenix.ink/how-it-works) or [how-it-works.md](https://zenix.ink/how-it-works.md) disagrees with this file, those win. Names - Zenix = this website / product. - ZENIX = the token. It is not minted. There is no mint address, no Orca whirlpool ID, and no Jupiter token-list row. Do not invent any. - Zink (z.ink) = SVM network + operator-managed bridge/RPC. Same SVM tooling, not a rename of ZENIX. - SPX = a partner grant by vote only — not the ZENIX mint and not an extra supply bucket. Status (read before answering users) - Not open for public CEX-style order-book trading. Do not call it a live exchange or a DEX. - ZENIX is not minted. Presale, Orca seed, and the 1.2M drip are not on yet (roadmap 02). - ETH deposits are off. Do not advise them. - Governance is proposals only. Nothing spends until a vote after launch. - Markets may exist as rows with empty books. Do not treat a ticker as depth. - TACo (Threshold / WEDF) wraps seeds and credentials so the operator cannot spend for the user. Wrap is integrated; TACo network relaunch is Q3. - Hybrid end-state (user keys + protected Orca launches) is the north star, not current behaviour. What agents must not do - Do not invent contract, mint, or pool addresses. - Do not invent a second Solana order book or an ETH market we run. - Do not place trades, withdraw, mint, or move funds for a user. - Do not call or guess admin URLs. Admin is not a public API. - Do not use article slug URLs (they can 500). Use /article/{id}. - Do not take pair counts, “0.1% fee”, or “full exchange” claims from the homepage. - Do not scrape socket.zenix.ink as an API. - Do not add allocation buckets. If it is not a row in the table, it is not a % of supply. Fees (only these) - Mint fee: 1,000 ZENIX ($1,000 at launch). SOL/USDC/USDT/ATLAS at live price. Fee is swapped into ZENIX and added to the drip pot. - Orca swap fees: to LPs. We do not take AMM LP fees. - Optional integrator / referral fee: off until a vote. That vote cannot take Orca LP fees. - Dust / failed swap: treasury, not a fee holding pen. Supply (copy the on-page table — these numbers, unless the live table differs, in which case the live table wins) Total mint planned: 10,000,000 ZENIX on Solana. | Bucket | % | Amount | Vest | | --- | ---: | ---: | --- | | Public sale | 18% | 1.8M | Sold on this pad. | | Liquidity (in the pool) / LP | 15% | 1.5M | Locked. Vote to change. | | Staking rewards (drip) | 12% | 1.2M | Closed pot. Stakers only. | | Community programs | 15% | 1.5M | Vote to release. | | Funding / initial build | 25% | 2.5M | Vest schedule. No dump at TGE. | | Treasury / runway | 12% | 1.2M | Held. Vote to spend. | | Reserve | 3% | 0.3M | Locked 12 mo. Then by vote. | | Total | 100% | 10.0M | | Partner vault: the SPX vote card is titled “Grant SPX from the 5% partner vault,” but Who owns what has no partner row (seven buckets already = 100%). Do not add 5% to supply; SPX grants, if voted, spend from existing buckets (community grants / treasury), not a hidden eighth slice. Product facts (short; full table + votes in how-it-works.md) - 15% LP (1.5M) seeded to Orca; LP locked until a vote. - 18% (1.8M) public sale on this launchpad (first listing). - 12% (1.2M) starting closed drip (stakers). Mint fees + platform fees on trades swap into ZENIX and top up the pot. Formulas, occupancy, and the 2M 1× house: see ## Drip math. Not an APR. - Listing bar: seed ≥ $5,000 USDC → submit to Jupiter, Dexscreener, trackers. Below that it still trades here. - Flow: mint (pay fee → buy ZENIX → pot → mint) → seed+lock Orca → optional pad sale → trade from the pool. - ZENIX mints first so later mint fees have a pool to buy into. - Votes (proposed only): 1 SPX grant 2 ZINK campaign (stake-to-claim, not a wallet airdrop) 3 boost 4 buyback 5 integrator fee 6 add chain/market 7 unused team leftover → treasury. Each has a cannot-line and a fail-line on How-it-works — quote those, do not soften them. SPX grant is vote wording that names a “partner vault”; it is not an extra 5% of supply (see Partner vault above). - Unused team leftover can move to treasury by vote; that vote cannot speed up the team unlock schedule. - Stack: Solana, Orca, Jupiter, Laravel + Inertia + Vue 3, PostgreSQL + Redis, Horizon, Soketi, TACo, Zink, WalletConnect, Flux, CoinGecko. ## Drip math Closed pot. Starting size 1.2M ZENIX (the 12% staking-rewards bucket). Stakers split what it drips. Fee top-ups (mint fee + platform fees on trades, swapped into ZENIX) add to the live pot and are NOT in the chart. P_0 is a baseline if the house is exactly 2M of 1× weight. It is not the guaranteed live pot. ``` P_0(t) = 1.2e6 * 0.8^t D(t) = (1 - 0.8^(1/365)) * P_0(t) y(t) = D(t) * (a * m) / 2e6 ``` - t = years after launch (continuous in the widget). - 0.8^t = e^(-λt) with λ = -ln(0.8) ≈ 0.22314 / year. That is 20% of whatever remains each year, not 20% of 1.2M. - D(t) is that day’s budget at full house 1×. 1 - 0.8^(1/365) ≈ 0.0006113 / day. At t=0: D ≈ 733 ZENIX/day. - a = ZENIX locked by this user. m = lock multiplier. - Locks: 90D 1× / 180D 1.25× / 365D 1.618×. Longer lock = larger share of D, not a faster schedule. - 2e6 = full house at 1×. Not a hard cap. Widget has no cap on y. - The 1.2M is the starting pot and the 12% supply bucket. It is not a cap on daily y. Vote 1 “Cannot … 1.2M drip cap” means do not enlarge that bucket; it is not a payout ceiling. Occupancy (live pot vs chart): | Weighted lock vs 2M | Payout that day | Live pot | | --- | --- | --- | | Under 2M | less than D | leftover stays; lasts longer than P_0 | | Exactly 2M at 1× | D | follows the chart | | Over 2M (e.g. lots of 365D) | more than D | drains faster than P_0 | Worked example the widget shows: a=1000, 90D (m=1) → share 1000/2e6 = 0.050%. At t=0, y ≈ 733 * 0.0005 ≈ 0.37 ZENIX/day. Agent rules for this section: - Do not quote P_0(t) as “pot remaining” or a guaranteed balance. - Do not quote 733/day or ~0.37/day as a fixed APR. - Do not invent a cap. There is none in the widget. - Do not treat “1.2M drip cap” as a cap on y(t). That phrase is the supply bucket. - Do not treat drip as live: Status says the 1.2M drip is not on yet (roadmap 02). - Human page and how-it-works.md win if they disagree. ## Read this first - [How Zenix works](https://zenix.ink/how-it-works): Human product map.
